Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 September 2026

This notice explains how Print Fusion Creations handles information connected with this website and how you can contact us about your privacy.

Who is responsible

Print Fusion Creations, based in Germiston, Gauteng, South Africa, is responsible for information it handles for its business purposes. For privacy enquiries, contact nishol@informationtechnologysystems.com.

What we collect and why

The gallery lets you browse physical 3D printed models without creating an account or submitting a form. Opening photos, expanding the collection and changing menus uses temporary page memory that resets when you reload. This website does not operate a checkout, newsletter, customer database or upload service.

When your browser requests a page, our hosting service receives technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested address and browser information. This information may be used to deliver pages, investigate faults and protect the service from abuse. These functions support our legitimate interests in providing a reliable and secure website.

If you contact us through an external business channel, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, account identifier, message and relevant order details. We use it to respond to your request and provide support. Handling an enquiry or order may be necessary to take steps you request or fulfil a contract; some records may also be needed for legal obligations. Providing an enquiry is voluntary, but we may be unable to answer without relevant details. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Analytics and advertising

Advertising scripts are disabled. Publisher metadata and ads.txt remain available for verification without contacting Google from your browser. This gallery has no configured manual ad units, optional analytics or session recording. Fonts and model photographs are served with the site. There are no embedded social feeds. We do not use this gallery to build an advertising profile about you.

Orders and external websites

Our physical products are sold through Amazon. Amazon handles its checkout, payments, delivery options and customer account services under its own notices and terms. We may receive order or support information needed to fulfil or help with a purchase. Use the support options in your Amazon order for an order-related enquiry.

Following a link to Amazon, Instagram, TikTok or Zou3D opens an external service. Its own privacy and cookie notices apply to your use of that service. A link alone does not embed its tracking code in our gallery.

Service providers and disclosures

Hostinger provides website hosting and may process technical request information on our behalf. See Hostinger’s Privacy Policy. We may also disclose relevant information to service providers assisting with an enquiry or order, professional advisers, or authorities where lawfully required.

Retention and international processing

We retain information only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, provide order support, resolve a dispute or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Technical logs follow the retention settings and terms of the relevant hosting or security service. The gallery does not keep a separate database of your model selections or browsing history.

Hosting and external services may process information outside South Africa. Where cross-border processing is used, applicable data protection requirements and appropriate contractual or other safeguards must be observed. Provider privacy notices explain their own processing arrangements.

Security

We use measures appropriate to the service to reduce the risk of unauthorised access or disclosure, including secure hosting access and encrypted connections when the website is served over HTTPS. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please report a suspected privacy or security issue through our Contact page.

Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, including South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may request access to information about you, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion where permitted; object to certain processing; and withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing already lawfully performed. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before handling a request.

No optional advertising or analytics is enabled. Any future optional processing will require an explicit choice before it starts, with controls to reject or withdraw consent. For information held by an external service, contact that service as well. You may raise a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when relevant website functions or data practices change. Future manual advertising or analytics changes will be reflected in this notice and the relevant controls.
